2. These terms

They apply to every order placed on diyitaliancharms.com by consumers in the European Union.

3. Your order

Our pages show products, not a binding offer. You make an offer when you place your order at checkout. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. The total, including shipping, is shown before you pay. Shipping is €4.95 per order, and free from 8 charms or for orders over €49. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout; payment is taken when you place the order.

5. Offers

The band is free when there are 8 or more charms in your bag. Offers apply automatically at checkout and can change; the offer shown when you order is the one you get.

6. Delivery

We ship tracked to Spain, Germany, France and Ireland. Delivery takes 7 to 15 days from the order. We send the tracking link by email. If an order can't be delivered, we'll contact you.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. The details and the withdrawal form are in our Refund policy.

8. Legal guarantee

You have the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity under EU law. If something is faulty, contact us at hola@diyitaliancharms.com.

9. Products

Photos show the products as closely as we can; small differences in colour and finish can occur. Charms fit standard 9 mm Italian charm bands.

10. Liability

We are liable under the law for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Latvia. As a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in. We always try to solve a problem with you directly first: write to hola@diyitaliancharms.com.
