14 days to change your mind

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the order, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Tell us before the 14 days are up, by email to hola@diyitaliancharms.com or with the form below. Then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. We'll reply with the return address.

Your refund

We refund everything you paid, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until the items are back with us, or until you show us proof that you've sent them. We refund to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of sending items back, unless they arrived damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.

Condition

Please send charms and bands back unworn and complete. You're responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what's needed to look at them.

Something wrong?

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email hola@diyitaliancharms.com with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund it, including return shipping. Your two-year legal guarantee applies on top of this.
